Our Treatment Guarantees
The following outline our guarantees when it comes to our wasp or bee removal services.
Our Wasp Treatment Guarantee
We offer a guarantee on any service our controller agrees to perform, unless otherwise stated. Please note that the Poison and Extraction guarantees do not cover any new nests discovered after the controller’s visit.
Poison Guarantee: If a treated nest remains active, we’ll provide free follow-up treatments within 14 days of the original service. Please note that this guarantee doesn’t cover nearby areas or spaces around the nest.
Extraction Guarantee: If wasps or bees start rebuilding in the same spot after a nest has been removed, we’ll offer a consultation and, if needed, a free return visit to address the issue.
Advisory Guarantee: If no nest or infestation is found, we’ll provide professional advice during your visit (standard callout fee applies). Plus, if a nest or infestation appears within 14 days, we’ll return and treat it for free.
Our Bee Treatment Guarantee
Bumblebee treatments can usually be guaranteed, though the treatment may take a few days to take full effect. The controller will determine the most suitable approach based on the circumstances of each individual case.
Honey bee treatments, however, are not guaranteed due to the nature of the treatment. In some situations, a professional beekeeper may be called to assist, but we cannot guarantee their work or removal process.
In rare cases where honey bee extermination is required, this can be carried out legally and safely. Because this method may require several attempts, it cannot be guaranteed. However, it does include one free return visit to check whether the bees have been removed or to re-treat the area if necessary.
Advisory Guarantee: If no nest or infestation is found, the controller will provide professional advice and charge the standard callout fee. If a nest or infestation appears within 14 days of the initial visit, we’ll return and treat it free of charge.
